I am an E-RYT500 certified yoga teacher and C-IAYT yoga therapist with over 18 years of experience in the study and practice of yoga. I am passionate about all the layers of healing and transformation that yoga has to offer. I aim to create a safe, supportive space in all my classes where students can work effectively at a pace and level that suits them best and allows for a mindful awareness of the inner more subtle aspects of the self. In private yoga therapy and public group classes I seek to empower all students to access their own intuitive healing potential with compassion and kindness. I also believe in living in tune with the rhythm of natural cycles, and enjoy adapting my classes to serve the needs of the season and time of day. When not on the mat, I am an avid gardener, permaculture enthusiast, goat keeper, board game lover, fantasy nerd, and mom.
